Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE on all Australian orders, so there are no unexpected shipping charges waiting for you at checkout.

Personalised Orders

Your personalisation is completed within 12 hours of your order being placed. Once your Maison piece is beautifully personalised and prepared, it will be dispatched Australia-wide on our next scheduled shipping day.

Delivery

We dispatch orders twice weekly to minimise unnecessary postal runs and support a more considered approach to shipping.

Once dispatched, your order is sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping, with delivery generally taking 3–5+ business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive Australia Post tracking details as soon as your Maison package is on its way.

Need It Sooner?

If your order is for a gift, special occasion or you simply need it sooner, please contact us before ordering. We can help arrange Express or Next Day Shipping where available.
